On May 15, 2016, the air compressor unit of production operation is J - 6001 - a chain down suddenly, inspection found that the PLC screen shows high exhaust temperature alarm, high pressure difference alarm, oil oil and gas separator filter high pressure difference alarm chain downtime. In order to ensure the safe operation of the equipment production, replace the standby unit j-6001b, and the fault unit j-6001a is down for maintenance.

On May 16, 2016 at 8:30, J - 6001 - a failure unit for maintenance, for its high exhaust temperature alarm, high pressure difference alarm, oil oil and gas separator filter high pressure difference alarm chain outage, the contents of a major overhaul for oil system and circulating water cooling system for maintenance. From the perspective of maintenance, there are mainly problems in the following aspects:
1) fouling and blockage of filter core of oil and gas separator;
2) blockage of oil filter;
3) failure of oil breaker valve and valve core card;

5) serious fouling and blockage of oil cooler.
